We have version 3.0 running with Windows 7. Until recently, we had a generic logon for our network with no software issues. Now that we are using individual user names for network logon, the Odyssey software has stopped responding to the request to create a new project. One particular user can still use this option, but others cannot. We have a main scan group that we use, but this isn't prompted until a few clicks following selecting new project. When "New" doesn't work, nothing happens (no filename request, etc). Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this? Thanks!

I've looked for this application on various websites, but it appears that no information is provided related to starting new Projects. This could be a permissions issue or the software is bugged. My advice is to add a new user to check its permissions and the way it works and if indeed it works, then replace all the users and create new ones. Additionally, if you still experience the same error, reinstall the application and add all the users one more time.
There is also the possibility to get in touch with the developers. Go to Help > About and look for contact options.
